MY DVD COLLECTION

Note on video aspect ratios (6th column):
4:3 is also known as normal TV size
16:9 is also known as 1.85:1 Widescreen (Academy Flat) or 1.78:1 Widescreen (US Digital TV)
21:9 is also known as 2.35:1 or 2.40:1 Widescreen (Panavision)
23:9 is also known as 2.55:1 Widescreen (CinemaScope)
24:9 is also known as 2.76:1 Widescreen (65 mm - Ben-Hur only?)

Generally, all Widescreen movies are Anamorphic Widescreen.
If a movie is non-anamorphic (i.e. letterboxed), the format is written in italics.
Play these in Zoom rather than Wide for the best picture (even though subtitles are likely to fall off).

If the Audio Format (7th column) is reported Stereo, Dolby Surround Prologic is your friend.

Oh, and this is the audio/video equipment I use myself. 		List all, or
search for a specific title...

The title search engine accepts the usual MSDOS wildcards `?' and `*'
search for a specific genre...
